How do you use dog shampoo soap bar?

After wetting your dog’s coat, you can rub soap directly on her/his coat. Use your hand to wash. You can also make soapy sudsy water in a bucket and pour the water over the dog and wash her/him. It won’t suds like commercial shampoo, but it is enough to clean your dog’s coat. It doesn’t strip away dog’s natural essential oil. It is super easy to wash off, and your dog will be irritation free.

What Hawaiian Kukui nut oil does to my skin?

Kukui nut oil is considered as healing and medicinal oil in Hawaii, which has been used for generations among Hawaiian people. Kukui nut oil conditions and nourishes our skin. Kukui nut oil makes my soap so luxurious and special, apart from other handmade soap.

Can I wash my hair with your soap?

Yes. It is perfect as shampoo soap. I use castor oil in the formula, which makes good amount of lather for your hair. My soap doesn’t leave any sticky or oily feeling after rinsed off.

What is the shelf life of your soap and other products?

It is about 1 year from purchase. Soap may shrink and scent may go away as time passes, but it is perfect to use way after 1 year. Older soap is actually milder. Other products such as lip balms, salves, and facial serum are the best to use up within a year.

How long the large soap bar last in the shower?

Four ounce bar lasts about 3 weeks; must keep soap dry between uses not leaving the soap in water. My soap will be soft when it becomes thin, however, it won’t melt or break down easily. You can use soap bags or organza bags to keep the smaller soap in so you can use all soap and don’t waste any.

Do you use palm oil?

Yes. Palm oil has good cleansing power and make the soap bar harder. I source my palm oil from the trusty supplier. Our palm oil is sustainably sourced, not harmful to natural environment and wild life.
